Bessie Thompson Strange

Bessie T. Strange passed away January 28, 2021 at age 89. Bessie was a retired employee of Lake Sleepwear. She was the widow of Walter Lee Thompson and Lewis Strange. Bessie was preceded in death by her daughter, Peggy Jean Thompson. Surviving are her children, Ennis Segura, Mattie Lee Rolfe, Deborah Whitmore, Faye Evans, and Frank Thompson; brothers, Curly Snead and Ted Snead; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren Graveside services will be held  2:00 PM Tuesday at Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery, Baskerville.   Wood Funeral Service is serving the family.
