Eva was a wonderful aunt and an even more wonderful person. I will always remember how she treated everyone she came in contact with. I will never forget what she told me about how she felt about Daddy when he passed, since they had the same birthday, eleven years apart, she considered Daddy as her birthday present from The Lord. She will be missed, but I know her and Daddy and the rest of the family are sitting around in paradise talking and laughing over years gone by. "To be absent of the flesh, is to be in the presence of The Lord "

Eva was a beautiful lady inside and out just like my Grandmother, Ruth. They look so much alike. She so loved the Lord and will be with him everlasting. Such a sweet but sad day. Rejoice in her spirit being lifted home to the Lord.

Condolences to all the family, as I will be unable to attend the service for Aunt Eva. I treasure the visit my wife and I had with her on June 30 this summer. We had a wonderful visit, singing a few hymns and reminiscing. Aunt Eva was a delight and will be missed.
