I didn't know David and his family very well. However, I certainly know good from otherwise within moments of meeting someone. From the instant I met this family I KNEW they where awesome people. I was in my 5th or 6th week of intensive treatments at the Cancer Center in Newnan Georgia when this family graced my life. I was by myself due to different circumstances, no car because I had flown in. This family didn't know me from Adam. They asked me to dinner that night. It seems like a small thing......not to me. It helped me make it through the next several weeks. We stayed in touch, I only wish it was more often. David obviously was a tenacious fighter. Take solace he no longer suffers. SOMEONE had to go keep Tammy straight. Love Steve and Sue Wilmington NC

To the family of Mr. Jackson I am sorry for your loss. Lt. Jackson was a really Nice person to work with at Mecklenburg Correctional Center, He always greeted me with a smile, he will be truly missed. My Condolences got out to your Family.

I AM SO SORRY ABOUT DAVID. DAVID WAS A GOOD PERSON HE REMINDED ME SO MUCH OF TOMMY . HIM AND TOMMY ARE UP THERE IN HEAVEN TOGATHER DANCING AROUND. NOW HE IS NOT IN PAIN ANYMORE. I KNOW THIS DEIASE REALLY TOOK A TOLL HIM. THROUGH IT ALL I NEVER SAW HIM WHEN HE WASNT SMILING. I AM PROUD TO HAVE CALLED HIM A FREIND. HE WAS A GOOD FRIEND. YOU ALL ARE IN MY PRAYERS AND MAY THE LIGHT SHINE AT THE END OF THIS TUNNEL AND MAY IT BE A BRIGHT LIGHT FROM HEAVEN. REMEMBER NO ONE CAN EVER TAKE YOUR MEMORIES. LOVE TO ALL. LOVE SHARON EDMONDS.
