Share your Memorial with Family & Friends

Our family is just devastated to learn of Sandy's passing. Although we have not seen each other since the 4-H days with our kids, we cannot help but help but share in the devastation of your family. She was a truly remarkable woman, comical, kind soul and so hospitable. No one could make baked beans like Sandy. Love to you Emma and Bill. Praying for each of you..

I met Emma the first day of sixth grade. I knew immediately we would be friends and I thought she was absolutely beautiful. Soon after I had the pleasure of meeting her mother, Sandy. I still vividly remember the first night I stayed in their home. I remember being stunned at how differently they conducted their house. Looking back, I now know how much Sandy was watching over Emma, still trying her best to mold her young mind. None the less, their home was relaxed and made more for their own personal enjoyment than practicality. Around every corner was a hobby space, a game, or a pet. Their home became a home away from home for me. When I think about Sandy, I am comfortable. I am happy. Whenever I saw her, she was always happy to see me. She was never the kind of person that would make me feel unwelcome. Sandy was reliable, kind, and patient. She was a fabulous mother and comforting person. I’m going to miss the effortless way she walked from room to room, her cooking, and the love she had for her dogs and country living. She and Mr. Bill are responsible for bringing my best friend into this world and for that I will always be grateful. I will miss her and I am eternally grateful for the kindness and generosity she and her family gave me.

I am so sad to hear that she is no longer with us. Sandy had a loving kindness. She was a good mom to Emma and loved her so much. I remember spending time on Bill and Sandy's land. I bet it was a wonderful homecoming to see her Mom and Dad in heaven. My condolences to Emma and Bill. Lots of love and prayers from the Withnell Family
