Wayne Howard Oquinn, 78, of Chase City, died August 24, 2013. He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Madeline Adams and James Adams, both of Chase City, brother and sister-in-law, Harmon and Evelyn Oquinn, of Inglewood, OH, several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held 11:00 am Thursday at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Joey Tucker officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Mt.
