Betty Wilson Baughan, 74, of Saxe, died July 8, 2014. She was an employee of Charlotte County Library and a member of Wylliesburg Baptist Church. The widow of James Baughan she was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Brooke Baughan. She is survived by her sons, Rick Baughan and wife, Connie, Todd Baughan , brother, Roger Wilson and wife, Brenda, all of Saxe, grandchild, Jacob Baughan, great grandchild, Mackenzie Williamson. The family will receive friends 7:00-8:30 p.m. Thursday evening at Wood Funeral Service and where services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday. Interment will follow in Wylliesburg Baptist Church Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Charlotte County Library, PO Box 48, Wylliesburg, VA 23976.
