Dana R. Chronister, 42, of Chase City died December 6, 2014. She was a member of Mecklenburg Baptist Church,  member of Chase City Rescue Squad and a coach with the Chase City
Youth Soccer. She is survived by her mother Cora Langford of Chase City, her father, Hilton Chronister, of Chase City, and her sister, Lisa Carden of Louisburg, NC, several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday at Wood Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Jason Hay officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Mecklenburg Baptist Church, 2097 Daniels Rd., Boydton, VA 23917.
