David Garnett Allen, 75, of Charlotte Court House, died February 9, 2015. He was a farmer and attended Southall Memorial United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by a sister, Blanch Gilliam and a grandson, Trevor Card and is survived by his wife, Mary Jane Allen, stepson, Ronnie Card and wife, Annette of Drakes Branch; brother, Clyde Allen of Forest, granddaughter, Breanna Parrish of Keysville. The family will receive friends 7:00-8:30 p.m. Thursday evening at Wood Funeral Service. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday at Southall Memorial United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Allen Murphy officiating.
