Ruth Falls Keeton, age 99, of Chase City, died May 4, 2018. She was the daughter of the late Jerome Jefferson Falls and Ada Ligon Falls and widow of James Howard Keeton, Sr.   Ruth was a retired employee of Hampco Apparel, co-owner of Keeton’s Cabinet Shop, and a member of Concord Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Jimmy Keeton and wife, Mary Ellen of Chase City, sister, Fannie Simmons of Chase City, grandchildren, Scotty Keeton and wife, Ashley of Raleigh NC, Darrell Keeton and wife, Chanel of Kill Devil Hills NC, LeAnne Mull and husband, B.J. of Chase City, great grandchildren, Kaleb, Hunter, and Kierstin Keeton, Riley and McKenna Mull, several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Monday at Wood Funeral Chapel with interment to follow in Woodland Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 PM Sunday at Wood Funeral Service, and at all other times, the home of LeAnne and B. J. Mull. Wood Funeral Service, Chase City is serving the family.
