Pete L. Rolfe, age 82, of Chase City, passed away October 8, 2018. He was a retired truck driver for Saunders Logging and a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Pete was preceded in death by a brother, Eddie L. Rolfe Sr.  He is survived by his wife of 60 years Gaunda “Juanita” Rolfe, nephews, Randy Rolfe and wife, Ada, Eddie Rolfe Jr. and wife, Susan, 3 sisters, 2 brothers, sister -in- law, Carolyn Roach, special friends, Ronnie Davis and Walter Goode. Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 10, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the home.
