Virginia Stallings Garland, age 97, of Chase City passed away November 15, 2018. She was the widow of Howard C. Garland. Virginia was also a retired sales clerk and a longtime member of Chase City First Presbyterian Church. Surviving are several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday at Wood Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in the Garland Family Cemetery.
