Jennie Lee Lipscomb, age 83, of Chase City, passed away January 6, 2019. Jennie was a retired employee of Hampco Apparel. She was preceded in death by a son, Earl “Wesley” Lipscomb. She is survived by her husband, Earl Lipscomb, sons, Bobby Lipscomb and wife, Peggy, Michael Lipscomb and wife Holly, daughter-in-law- Dianne Lipscomb, grandchildren, Adam Lipscomb and wife Ashley, Erick Lipscomb and wife, Tracy, Drew Lipscomb, great grandchildren, Wesley Lipscomb, and Brody Lipscomb. Services will be held at Wood Funeral Chapel Tuesday January 8, 2019 at 2:00 PM.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Woodland Mausoleum.
