William R. “Bill” Stiltner, age 84, of Chase City went home to be with his Lord and Savior on November 8, 2020. He was an Army veteran and retired employee of AT&T. Bill was an active member of Bethel Baptist Church of Baskerville. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ranes and Pearl Stiltner, twin brother, Johnny, son, Matthew Stiltner, and sister, Minnie Stiltner. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Carol Stiltner; sister, Gwen Varney; aunt, Georgia West; step-sons, Gene Hayman, Jr. and Robert Hayman (Theresa); 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and loving friends.
