Teresa Pennell Collins, age 55 of Chase City, passed January 23, 2021. She was preceded in death by her father, Buran Clinton Pennell. Teresa is survived by her husband, Tommy Collins; son, Jonathan Collins; mother, Thelma Pennell; sister, Judy Sheffield (Wayne); grandchildren, Gabriel Collins and Crystanna Collins; sister-in-law,  Joyce Ann Whitaker (Tommy) nieces, Crystal Whitaker, Cathy Duffey ,Cindy Whitaker Sarah Long and Amber Orr; and nephew, Daniel Sheffield.
