Timothy Green Royster, Jr. “TG”, age 47, of Boydton, passed away January 28, 2022. He was a graduate of Bluestone High School in 1993. TG had a strong faith in God and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. He was truly an inspiration to so many people because of how hard he fought his battle with cancer. TG was a former member of the Clarksville Vol. Fire Dept. One of TG’s proudest accomplishments was receiving a black belt in martial arts and instructing classes at Lakeside Fitness in Clarksville. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, George Hagood Fitz, and paternal grandparents, Kency & Madaline Royster. Surviving are his parents, Timothy & Patricia Royster of Boydton; sisters, Holly King (Chad) of Chase City, Tiffany Brame (Zach) of Bullock, NC; brother, Ethan Royster (Paige) of Buffalo Junction; maternal grandmother Patsye Fitz of Red Oak; nieces and nephews, Mary-Ashley Forbes, Noah Forbes, McKinley Brame, Skyla King, Will Brame, Colton Devin, Oliver Royster, Beaux Brame, and Avery Royster. Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 am Tuesday at Public Fork Christian Church Cemetery, 1700 JEB Stuart Hwy, Red Oak, Va. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Mecklenburg County Cancer Society, P.O. Box 311, Chase City, Va. 23924.
