David C. “Toby” Martin, age 85, of Wylliesburg, passed away April 9, 2022. He was the son of the late John & Ida Martin. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Edith Martin; daughter, Kathy Wilmouth; and son, D.C. Martin. He was a retired truck driver and long-time member and deacon at Friendship Baptist Church. Surviving is his daughter, Becky Guthrie (Steve); son, Tony Martin (Lois); 7 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 12 great-great grandchildren. The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Wood Funeral Chapel. Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Friendship Baptist Church followed by interment at The Wilmouth Family Cemetery.
