Charlotte Shelton Hall, age 67, of Randolph passed away August 10, 2023. Surviving is her husband, Tony Snead; sons, Robert Taylor (Becky), Joseph Hall (Stephanie); daughters, Amanda Hall, Virgina Dunn (Christian); sisters, Fuchsia Shelton, Juanita Shelton; brothers, Jerry Lee Shelton, Don Shelton; 10 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 19, 2023, at Plantersville United Methodist Church Cemetery, 1281 Thompson Rd., Drakes Branch Va.
