Bobby Wayne Lipscomb, age 71, passed away January 26, 2024. His hobbies were gardening, fishing, and his favorite, working on “Old Blue” his 1972 Chevrolet truck. Bobby is preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Jeanie Lipscomb; brother, Earl Wesley Lipscomb; brother-in-law, Richard Tucker. Surviving is his wife, Peggy Tucker Lipscomb; sister-in-law, Nancy Tucker; 3 nieces, 5 nephews, and several grand nieces and nephews. The family would like to give a special thank you to the team from hospice, Paige, Ann, Debra, and Connie.
