Mary Jane Stokes Branham, age 87, of Chase City passed away August 11, 2024. Mary was the widow of Donald Lee Branham and had a passion for music as a gospel singer. Surviving are    her children, Randy Orme (Carol), Ron Orme, Steve Adair; grandchildren, Lynne Orme, Rebecca Orme, Amanda Orme, Jessi Chmielewski, Emily Sterling, Matthew Orme, Rachel Orme; and 8 great grandchildren. Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at Virginia Veterans Cemetery at Ameila, Va.  Wood Funeral Service is serving the family.
