Mary Etta Smithson Moore, 85, of Richmond, and formerly of Chase City, died October 2, 2013. She was a retired employee of Family Thrift, the widow of James John Moore, and the daughter of the late Walter Smithson and Mary Wilkerson Smithson. There are no immediate survivors.
