Surviving are her husband, Mark Lacks, children, Damion Fallon, Jonathon Lacks, and Ashlyn Lacks, father, Randy “Dog” Lacks, mother, Irma Martin, sisters, Celina Valania and Misty Lacks, brothers, Lynn Lacks and Jamie Lacks. maternal grandmother, Frances Martin, and paternal grandmother, Polly Lacks.
