Sylvia Byrd Riggins

Sylvia Byrd Riggins, age 88, of Chase City, passed away December 13, 2018. She was the widow of Hesley W. Riggins. Sylvia was a homemaker, a farmer, and a life long member of Black Branch Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Theresa Riggins, brothers, Arza Byrd, Roland Byrd and wife, Jackie, sister – in – law, Mattie Byrd, numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 3:00 pm Sunday at Black Branch Baptist Church. Interment will be private.
