Marie Adams Snead

Marie Adams Snead, age 81, of Drakes Branch, passed away October 9, 2022. She was the daughter of the late John & Nellie Adams and is also preceded in death by her son, Thomas “Tink” Snead. Surviving is her husband of 65 years, Thomas “Curly” Snead; sons, Tony Snead (Charlotte), Mark “Randy” Snead (Lisa); daughter, Tina Armstrong (Ken); brothers, James Adams, Hershel Adams; grandchildren, Cody Snead, Virginia Dunn, Ashley Phillips, Brittany Snead, Kristen Snead, Xavier Armstrong, Gabby Armstrong; great grandchildren, Bentley Hutcheson, Alex Phillips, Lauren Phillips, Sawyer Armstrong; and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to give a special thank you to Chasidy Hughes, Brandon Perkins, Deborah Moody, Amanda Bullock for taking such good care of Marie. The family will receive friends Wednesday, 6:00-8:00 pm at Wood Funeral Chapel. Graveside services will be held 2:00 Thursday, October 13, 2022, at Plantersville United Methodist Church Cemetery.
