Reba Dalton Lenhart, age 89, of Red Oak, Virginia, passed away on April 24, 2024. She was the beloved widow of Lynn Lenhart, who served in the US Army and operated the family farm. Reba was the retired owner of a retail business, Reba’s Tot and Teen Boutique, where she devoted herself to finding the right selections for each and every customer. She was a cherished member of her community, known for her warmth, generosity, and unwavering faith. Known for her love of animals, Reba adored her beloved cat named Pretty Kitty, who brought her companionship and joy. She found great pleasure in traveling, with the beach holding a special place in her heart. Reba had a green thumb and could often be found working in her yard, taking pride in her roses. Family was paramount to Reba, and she cherished every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She eagerly participated in their events and celebrations, supporting them with her love and encouragement. Reba was a woman of strong faith, dedicating her life to serving others through her involvement with the WMU organization at New Hope Baptist Church. Her compassion and selflessness touched the lives of many, leaving a lasting impact on those around her. She is survived by her son Ronnie Lenhart (Gayle), daughter Stacy Seltzer (Ethan), sister Rose Hudson (Carlton), grandchildren Brian Lenhart (Linda), Erin Davis (Mike), and Adam Seltzer, as well as great-grandchildren Casey Davis, Mackenzie Davis, and Gabriel Lenhart. Services will be held at New Hope Baptist Church on Sunday at 3:00pm, with interment following in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at New Hope and following the service at Reba’s home.
