Lavonia Moss Whitlow

Lavonia “Ann” Whitlow, age 90, of Chase City passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on October 3, 2024. She was the widow of Vance Whitlow, Jr. and preceded in death by a son, Allen Whitlow and grandson Jared Whitlow. Surviving are her sons, Ricky Whitlow (Debbie), Vance Whitlow (Ivannia); grandchildren, Michael Whitlow, Dianna Flagella, Dustin Whitlow, Jessica Whitlow-Fragoso, Sarah Carlton, Dillon Whitlow, Alexandra Leopold; great grandchildren, Adam Flagella, Ashley White, Ethan Whitlow, Willow Leopold, Wyatt Carlton, Logan Carlton; great-great grandchildren, Zuccari White, Kinsley White; and several nieces and nephews.
