Anne Yeates Jones

Anne Yeates Jones, age 75, of Clarksville passed away December 22, 2024. She was born in Virginia on February 7, 1949. Anne is preceded in death by her father, Bailey Yeates and mother, Jennie Green Yeates. Surviving is her husband, Jack Jones; son, Lawrance Oliver Hayes, Jr. (Larry); granddaughter, Brittany Hayes (Autumn Blankenship). Anne graduated from Bluestone Sr. High in 1967. She worked at Huss Inc. for over 35 years. Anne was a member of First Baptist Church and sung in the choir. She enjoyed cooking and baking; many friends called her the “Paula Dean of Prestwood”. When she wasn’t cooking or baking, she loved fishing, bowling with her bowling league, painting and doing crafts, being around family, friends and neighbors, and volunteered at the Ruritan Club.
